What's New in Proficy Batch Execution v5.1

This new version of our industry-leading Batch Execution product introduces a variety of features to simplify and improve the creation, maintenance, and operation of batch processes.

Tabular Recipe Editor

A new recipe editor that allows users to configure recipes in a spreadsheet style format without using the SFC editor.

ActiveX

A new ActiveX control that allows users to visualize all active phases in one or more batches in a Batch Server.

Enhanced Phase

Allows users to configure Standard Phase Template using an Alias defined in the Server Configuration.

Key Process Report

Allow users to configure report parameters as Key Process Reports on a per recipe basis. During recipe execution, configured Key Process Reports will be logged to Batch event journals and Archiver's SQL tables.

Runtime Performance Improvement

A 200% performance improvement in the time required for tag verification has been achieved. OPC communications has also been improved by Grouping of OPC items based on units.
