simple and user-friendly operation.  Our productivity software,
such as Manual Guide i, has been specially developed to address your needs, from the production of a single part to batch manufacturing.  Ease of use has been the primary driver of the Manual Guide i development. Our engineers have looked at the particular requirements of the shop floor and designed a state-of-the art product. Easy to understand and with a straightforward operator interface, interactive screens and powerful machining functions are the key features of Manual Guide i. Manual Guide i is available for Milling, Turning and combination of both. With a few keystrokes using a third of the time required on a standard CNC ISO environment, you can input, test and execute a program with Manual Guide i.

Enhanced simulation capabilities are also provided to verify the part programs without cutting metal, thereby reducing scrap.  Simulators can also be used to bring your employees up to speed without capital risks.

Networking and Remote Monitoring
The New i-Series CNCs feature an integrated Ethernet port as standard. Without extra hardware cost, you can directly connect your machine to your plant Ethernet network... and the world.

Ethernet Connectivity
Exchanging production, quality or maintenance data with many host applications, like for instance GE Fanuc’s CIMPLICITY® for CNC, is simple when using the Ethernet networking capability of the i-Series CNC.

Remote Monitoring Function
The embedded Ethernet port of the CNC controller provides connectivity to reduce machine downtime and provide efficient service. Experienced and skilled service engineers can efficiently assist the machine operator, without being on site.
