Whether you contact us via phone, web, email or fax your information will be routed through a single interface that will allow you to quickly find the information you need or speak with the right person to assist you. As part of that process we are providing you with a customer service number that you can use for all future transactions. This new number will enable us to provide more efficient support . With the number of GE Fanuc solutions available we identified the need to make a significant investment to improve the communications and efficiency to help customers find the right solution efficiently. Part of the solution was designing a new phone system that will use a customer service number to help determine your needs and possible solutions.

What is a Customer Service Number?

A Customer Service Number is an identifier for your specific account information. You may have previously known it as a Site ID or Contract Number. Additionally, if you already have a GlobalCare number you will be able to use this as your CSN. Using your CSN when you contact us will enable us to better respond to your Sales, Customer Care, and Technical Support inquiries.

What is my Customer Service Number?

If you already have a CSN or Globalcare number but have forgotten it, you may do a look-up based on your email address and we will email it to you. Use the space provided below and enter your email address to receive your CSN. If you are a Proficy GlobalCare member you can find your CSN on your GlobalCare Certificate.
