End User & Distributor Parts Requests - 1-800-GE Fanuc

CNC Parts can be requested by End Users during the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Dial (800) GE Fanuc (800 433-2682). Select 2 at the recorded message to access CNC. From the second menu, Select 4. This will connect you with the next available Parts Specialist. If all the Parts Specialists are busy, you will be given the option to hold or exit to a message center where you can leave a message and arrange for someone to call you back.

Information you must have available:
  • GE Fanuc part number
    If you do not have the part number, you can contact our Technical Support Hotline, and one of our Engineers may be able to assist you in locating the correct part number. You can also use our Part Locator.
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address
  • PO Number
If your part request is on a control that is still in GE Fanuc Warranty, you will also need to provide the CNC Serial number. A purchase order is required for warranty orders for tracking purposes. No charges will be applied to a warranty purchase order with the exception of special handling charges (ie., counter to counter or door to door delivery) or damages to the part not covered under warranty.

If you are a new customer to GE Fanuc, the Parts Department will need you to fax a copy of your company's credit reference information and your tax exemption certificate if it applies. You can fax the information to 434-978-5673.

Machine Tool Builder Parts Requests - 800-432-2621

Machine Tool Builder parts requests are handled by the Customer Advocate group. These representatives can handle parts requests for In and Out of warranty requests. Call (800) 432-2621, then press 1 and choose your advocate from the menu listing. You will have to provide the same information listed above to your advocate.

After Hours Requests - 800-GE Fanuc

Parts are normally not available for shipment after our normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. GE Fanuc, however, recognizes the occasional need for a part to repair an emergency breakdown over a weekend or after normal business hours on weekdays. Our On-Call Parts Specialist can process orders for emergency breakdowns (subject to part availability and airline flight availability). You will need to provide all of the above information and the name of the airport closest to the receiving location. The part will either be shipped Counter to Counter or best available method of transportation. The recipient will be notified of the arrival time and flight information (if applicable). The recipient will be responsible for picking up the part at the Airline Counter when it arrives. Note: There will be a minimum special handling fee of $500.00 per shipment for this service. This charge is immediately assessed upon placement of the call. This charge is separate from the cost of the part ordered and will be invoiced to you in addition to the charge for the part.

Part Locator
