Our Pre-Engineered Upgrade Evaluation will provide you with an upgrade recommendation based on testing your application against the upgrade in a neutral environment and producing a plan on how to implement the upgrade. Service includes:

- Getting your application for testing
- Verify hardware, software, and application compatibility
- Loading and testing the upgrade in a neutral environment
- Verify conversion
- Save application in upgrade version
- Create migration notes, paths and recommendation report for you
- Return upgraded application to you
Upgrade Installation -- Install and Test Upgrade. Services include:
- Full backup of your application
- Load new software version
- Install application for upgrade
- Note upgrade deficiencies
- Verify license key operation
- Back-up upgraded application
- Verify application operation with customer assistance
- Report of services performed
Upgrade Training & Standard Product Training. Services Include:
Upgrade Training:
- Structured as a 1 or 2 day training class specific to the customer’s upgrade
- Familiarize customers with current product features and capabilities, compared to the older versions
- Delivered on site for up to 5 students
Standard Product Training:
- Open Enrollment: Classroom training at any Regional location.
- 10% discount on list price per seat (quantity discounts can also apply for multiple seat purchases)
On-Site Training:
- GE Fanuc brings the classroom to the customers
- Training for up to 10 students
- Flexible schedule & delivery to meet customer needs
- Content can be customized for additional charges
- 10% discount on list price of on-site (volume discounts can also apply for purchase of multiple on-sites)
